FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • What is the best way to check availability for my wedding date?

    Congratulations on your engagement, we are so excited for your Upcoming Wedding! We would love to be able to have a team come out and glam you and your ladies.

    The best way to check availability is to head over to our Inquiry Form so our booking team can check availability!

    Please provide as much information as possible about your special day! If we do have availability the booking team will send over our rates for you to review.

  • How far in advance can I book my glam team?

    We know wedding planning can be both exciting and stressful in the early stages.

    The best time to reach out to us to ensure the most availability would be 13 months prior to your wedding date.

    If you are planning your wedding less than a year, please feel free to reach out to see if we still have availability! We don’t recommend reaching out more than 13 months in advance, as we do not start booking brides more than a year out.

  • Yay, TMHA has my wedding date available! What are the next steps?

    Once availability is confirmed, please respond as soon as possible, as dates are not held until retainer is received.

    There will be some secondary questions to answer along with sending us inspiration photos and a photo of you, if possible with your dress. Once approved, we will send over a contract for you to review within 7 days. You’ll then need to sign and pay your quoted retainer fee. Once you have done those two steps you will be all set.

    As we process your contract you will receive our “Now That You Have Booked” email that will have the most updated information on further communication.

  • How much is the retainer? What forms of payment do you accept?

    Our retainers always cover the cost of Bridal Day of Hair and Bridal Day of Makeup. We find this to be super convenient for brides to pay for their services upfront, this way their remaining balance would only be travel & gratuity if applicable.

    We currently are only able to accept Zelle & or mailed checks for retainer deposits.

    As of Jan 1, 2022 - Venmo is no longer accepted.

  • I am all booked! When is the best time to schedule my trial?

    Trials can be booked at any time, however we HIGHLY recommend coming in 4-6 weeks prior to your wedding date.

    We start accepting trial scheduling appointments 4-5 months prior to your wedding date.

    Trials take place on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

    Our appointment times are as early as 11:00 am and as late as 7:00 p.m. Evening trials do book up fast!
